To the HFSC Family:
I know that you have all been receiving email after email and update after update regarding the current COVID-19 situation. As with every other recreational group right now, we are at the mercy of local and national government restrictions. COVID-19 has changed the way we interact, teach, work, and play. With the recent “stay at home” order, your HFSC Board of Commissioners met virtually and made the difficult, yet necessary decision to suspend the season, upcoming meetings and clinics.
We are not giving up on having a Spring season of soccer. The Board is comprised of parents, coaches, and community members that look forward to sitting on the sidelines cheering on their favorite soccer star. The excitement on the faces of the players as they make that pass, make the save and make that goal is something that we all look forward to. This season might look different, as we have so many ideas and activities on the table.
The Board is committed to keeping our community safe and healthy during this unprecedented time. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep in touch with each other and our registrants. We plan on meeting again in a few weeks to determine a new timeline.
In the meantime, please follow us on FaceBook (HF Soccer Club) as we will be sharing drills and skills tips that the players can work on.
We take our responsibility seriously and are putting the health of the players and community in the front of our decisions. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Registration "Spring Recreational" is not currently available.
